Circle Scissor

Hi there

How many of you wish the there was something you could use to get perfect circles when cutting out??????
Well me too, until I found the EK Success Circle Scissor (Not sure why its a scissor, its more of a blade ).
I saw this demo'd at The Stamp Pad, at the end of last year. I played with it and decided that I HAD TO HAVE ONE! !
My dear hubby and 2 boys went up to said Stamp Pad on Christmas Eve to buy one for me :) They had asked Gwen to let them know when she got some more in stock and she had phoned late on on the 23rd Dec. to say they had just arrived. Over Christmas they couldn't see what the fuss was, it cut circles, big deal. However when I had a play with it over the last few days, they are really impressed!
You can cut circlesfrom 1" to 6" in increments of 1/16th of an inch.
As you can see from this picture you can even cut border 1/16th of an inch wide! ! It is so easy to use and doesn't put any stress or strain on your hands or wrists (Very imporant as I have rheumatoid artheritis in most of my joints, but it pains more in my wrists). Once I started cutting out I couldn't stop!
I redid and old Legoland layout from my boys scrapbook as I had wanted to use circular pictures of the lego letters as you go into the park, they spell Welcome.

If you can get one of these gadgets then I can highly recommend them. Even my 10year old had a play and said that it was great and he found it easy to use!

Happy crafting

  3. Thank you for the instruction info. I have the Fiskars circle cutter and recently bought the Martha Stewart one but I do prefer the Fiskars which has surprised me. I managed to cut my finger on the MS blade....and that was just by taking the lid off! I am always on the lookout for a better one. ~Glen~
